Welcome to BassandFlats.com
BassAndFlats is the name of
the new venture, an organization that identifies anglers and provides them
with information and expertise about Bass/Flats angling. That’s our
speciality...
We’re not alone. We personally
know many saltwater anglers who use their flats boat for bass fishing year
around. Conversely we know many bass anglers who use their bass tackle for
saltwater flats fishing. In Florida, many thousands of avid anglers are no
more than half a day’s drive from some of the best salt or fresh water
fishing in the country.
In the coming months,
BassAndFlats will become the center for knowledge exchange in this
relatively unexplored but growing marketing niche. A new Team of the same
name will be the focal point for the best and most credible information
relating to marine and fishing equipment, fishing aids, tournaments,
fishing guides ,destinations, functional clothing, and other products and
services.
* We are in the processing of
registering our Team on the World Wide Web. In the coming months we will
launch an electronic newsletter facilitating information exchange and
evaluating products geared for the growing flats and bass market.
* BassAndFlats has engaged
the services of a marketing firm for long and short term planning and
tactical development.
We are in the process of
introducing Team BASSANDFLATS to potential partners. As we have
discussed, we’d like to enlist partners with a two-year sponsorship
contribution consisting of a mutually-agreeable products that will become
the tournament equipment of the BassandFlats angler.
In return, Team BassFlats
will reward sponsors over a two-year period in the following ways:
1. Arrange, publicize and staff
four seminars a year at the sponsors location
2. Provide mailing access to the
team BassFlats membership. (Sponsor would reimburse Team
BASSANDFLATS at-cost for postage and mailing services.)
3. Provide four days on the water,
to the Sponsor to entertain or demonstrate their products....
4. Promote sponsor at fishing
tournaments and other public events, where and when appropriate.
5. Reward Sponsor as a Founding
Partner on the Team BASSANDFLATS website and all public
communications.
6. Recommend and field test
products. Monitor your competition.
7. Provide quarterly activity
reports to Sponsor.
